Failed hearing test

Prognostic prediction for failure to pass hearing screening test at discharge

This application is used for an infant admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Two questions should be answered yes as an indication to use this application. First, is the patient's age 42 days after birth? Second, is this application used for the first time in this NICU admission?
